Variations in Routines
1. Four Stall Combo - First drop your footbag on your foot, doing a toe-stall, then from the toe-stall flip the footbag on to either the brim of your hat or your shoulder (either one works). Then move into a position like you are sitting in an invisible chair, a "Russian," and drop the footbag from either your shoulder or hat onto your lap. Then to complete the combo, slowly stand up and move your knees apart allowing the footbag to fall onto your feet while not touching the ground. Ken R. submitted this trick and won a free Worlds Logo Stalling Star footbag as a prize.
2. Hat to Back Stall - Start off by doing a toe stall or just kicking the footbag in the air. If from a toe stall, send the footbag up in the air and have it land on the bill of your hat (hat stall). From there you want to move your head back in a quick motion like you are looking up real quick, while simultaniously bending forward as if you were to bow. If done right the footbag should stall on your back. Then you want to lean even more forward until the footbag rolls up your back to the back of your neck. Then leaning either to the right or left and slowly bending up again, maneuver the footbag to stall on your shoulder. When standing straight up with the footbag on your shoulder let the footbag roll down the front of you and continue kicking. Danny C. submitted this trick and won a free Worlds Logo Stalling Star footbag.
3. Hack Master's Sequence - First drop the footbag with your hand to a toe stall. Then toss the footbag up with your foot into another toe stall on the opposite foot. Do this for about five times. After the 5th time do an inside stall, then a toe stall. Then do an outside stall and go back to the toe stall. Then go to an inside stall and back to a toe stall. Once in a toe stall toss the footbag knee high and then circle the footbag with your foot and then toe flick it. After that keep kicking. Do all of this without the footbag touching the ground. Mary Ann submitted this trick and won a free Worlds Logo Stalling Star footbag.
4. Five Star Combo - First drop your footbag onto your foot. Do a toe stall. Then from the toe stall flick the footbag over your head and stall it on the back of your neck. Then roll the footbag from your neck onto your shoulder (you might need to use the side of your head to catch it). From your shoulder, bend down like you are sitting in a chair, "A Russian", and drop the footbag into your lap. Then stand up slowly and straighten your knees and let the footbag drop onto your feet. Then flick it up and jester it out to someone else.
5. Sweet Combo - Start with a toe stall. Kick it up and stall it on your head. Let it roll down to your back. Make sure to bend over so it stalls once again. Roll it down from your back to the back of your leg. Catch it in your knee pit to do a "Charlie Brown". Roll it down to your heel and kick it over your head for a "Rolling with Charlie" toe stall then "Jester" out of it.
6. Bonniewood Loop
This is an extremely hard trick but it will make your friends say, "no way!" First, start with an outside stall with either foot. Then, flick the footbag into a toe stall with the same foot. Then kick it into an inside stall with the same foot. Next. kick the footbag into an inside stall with your other foot. Then kick the footbag into a toe stall with that same foot and still with that foot kick it into an outside stall. Now,here is the tricky part. Kick the footbag onto your shoulder. Then, wait a second so that it counts as a stall. Then roll it to your chest with your chin, wait a second, and finally roll it to your other shoulder. Finish with a Flying Clipper and keep then go on kicking. This trick reminded me of home. Anonymous submitted this combo trick and won a free Stalling Star if we get an address.
7. Body Roll
Do a toe stall. Then kick it up at about waist level. Take your left over it to a Clipper stall. Kick it back up at about waist level to do an Around the World in mid-air to a right toe stall. Kick it back up towards your body and let it land on your chest. Let it roll down until it ends up at waist level. Then raise your leg so it can roll on top of the knee then drop it to a normal toe stall or kick.
8. Wyvern
To do this trick you must first start by tossing the footbag in the air and stalling it on your right toe. With this completed you flinkg the footbag up into the air and do an outside foot stall with your right foot. From here you fling it up over your head to a stall on the outside of your left foot. This may take a few tries. Once this is completed you kick the footbag up with the outside of your left foot and catch it beind your head on the back of your neck. This is the hard part: from here you slowly stand up and let the footbag roll down your back onto the back of your right leg either : eiteher on the back of the thigh or the back of the lower leg, whichever one is easier for you. Then to finish it off you shoot the footbag using the back of your right foot over your head and begin kicking the footbag again normally. This trick is a real showstopper. You will amaze your friends. Always remember to practice, practice, practice! This was submitted by Colby H. who won a Stalling Star.
9. Seven Course Meal
It starts out with a toe stall on your left foot and from there you kick it up over the right side of your head and let the footbag roll down your back. Once the footbag reaches the back of your right heel, kick the footbag back over the right side of your head and toe stall it again on your right foot. From there, kick the footbag up and stall it on your left shoulder (if you are wearing a hat, stall it on the bill of your hat). Then drop the footbag down to your left knee. Last, while the footbag is still on your knee, pop it into the air and catch it in your mouth. To finish the move drop the bag to either foot and resume kicking. You do all of this without the bag touching the ground. This was submitted by Mark who won a Stalling Star.
10. Superman/Superwoman
Start by doing a toe stall. Then do a pop up*. Then do a Super Jester (also known as a Misty kick). Next do a head stall and pop it off your head to an inside foot stall. Flick the sack up and do an outside foot stall on the same foot. Next, flick the bag over your head and do a Rainbow. Finally, end with a shirt bounce but don't flick it out but keep it stalled in your shirt. Yell Superman if you're a guy and Superwoman if you're a girl. Flick the bag out and keep playing. *A popup is where you stall the bag on your foot and then press down on the big toe with your other foot hard which pops it up from your stalling foot to send the bag flying into the air. This was submitted by Alli W. who won a Stalling Star.
11. Tic Tac Hell Rewind
Start off by holding the footbag in your left hand and throwing it into a left toe stall (stalling the footbag on the top of your shoe above the toes). Then you transfer it into a right toe stall. Then do a right ouside foot stall (when the inside part of your foot is facing the ground and the outside part of your foot is facing up and the footbag is stalled on the outside part of your foot). After that, you throw it back up to another right toe stall, to a left toe stall, to a left outside foot stall. Finally throw it up out of the left outside stall to a Jester and keep on kicking it.
