Variations in Routines
1. Incredible Stall - Start by getting to a toe stall, then kick it up and get it into a neck stall where the footbag is behind your neck on your back. Then fling it up using your back and catch it in the front of your shirt by grabbing hold of your shirt so the footbag falls in it. Then fling it up as if your shirt were a trampoline and open the neck of your shirt to let the footbag fall through it and continue kicking.
2. Freefall - Stall the footbag on your shoulder with or without your chin. After that, simply drop down and bend over. The bag should land on your back. Stand up straight and let it roll down and kick it over your head with the back of your foot
3. Whipp'n it Up - From a regular hit, lean forward and stall the hack on your back. Next, lean forward a little farther until the hack starts rolling onto the back of your head. Then, whip your head up as it gets to the middle of the back of your head. If done right, the footbag should fly up a few feet and come down in front of another player. Don't get a whiplash!!
4. Lee H. Matrix - Start off by kicking the footbag with either foot, doing a toe kick or an inside kick, kicking it over your head and kicking back over your head ("Back Stab"). Then as it comes over your head from behind bend backwards, bending your knees and bending your back and stall it on your chest.
5. Limbo Stall
This is an easy trick where you start in a toe stall, flick the footbag up and hit it with your knee. from your knee kick it up and do a limbo kinda thing and catch it on your chest. When you get there quickly stand straight up so the footbag pops in the air in front of you. Finally Jester it out. (Be sure not to fall over when doing the limbo!)
6. Out the Back Door
Kick the footbag and stall in on your back by bending forward so that your upper body is parallel to the floor and landing it in the middle of your back. Gently, slowly, roll the footbag down your back and catch it behind your knee, sandwiched in-between your lower leg and thigh at the joint. Hold it there tightly until you are ready, then quicklly extend your leg, popping the footbag up into the air. Continue kicking from there!
7. Six Pack Combo
Start out by kicking the footbag a few times up in front of you and kick it up to your stomach. Now, pinch it between your ribs and your belly button. Let it roll to your dominant foot and kick it up into a shoulder stall. Let it drop to your toe and do a toe stall. Finally kick it up and pull off an Around the World. Around the World is done by stalling it on your toe and popping it up and spinning your lower leg around the footbag to start kicking again.
8. Long Roll
Start by kicking the footbag up so that it arcs slightly towards you in such a way that it would hit your chest if it were not interferred with. As it comes down, lean your torso back so that it stalls not on the top of your shoulder but on the front, just above your chest. It is important that you catch it on the shoulder that is on the same side as your dominant foot. Put all your weight on your non-dominant foot and put your other leg out in front of you so that it is straight but that the sole of your shoe still touches the ground. This should cause your body to straighten out enough for the footbag to start rolling down your body and with a bit of luck it should continue right down your straightened leg. As it reaches your foot, snap your foot up so that the footbag is flicked up into the air and then continue kicking Peter H. submitted 3 tricks and won a free Stalling Star.
9. Achilles Heel
Start his move out with a heel stall. Then flip it over your back and land it with an inside foot stall. From that flip it up to eye level and with the other foot kick it on the inside and either end it in a back stall or a heel stall again.
10. Body Roll
Do a toe stall. Then kick it up at about waist level. Take your left over it to a Clipper stall. Kick it back up at about waist level to do an Around the World in mid-air to a right toe stall. Kick it back up towards your body and let it land on your chest. Let it roll down until it ends up at waist level. Then raise your leg so it can roll on top of the knee then drop it to a normal toe stall or kick.
11. Jester Combo
Start off by just kicking the footbag around. To begin the combo, stall it on the brim of your hat. From there simply let it drop down and stall it on whatever foot you are most comfortable with. From there fling the footbag up in the air and stall it on your back. Then, let it roll down your neck towards your head and when it is close to falling off the end of your head, give it a nice whiplash effect flinging the footbag high in the air right in front of you. As it comes down, bend your knees and let the footbag stall nicely in your lap. To finish off the combo, let the bag fall through your legas and as you let it fall through, begin to stand up and cross your left leg over your right and kick it with the inside of your right foot like you would a Super Jester.
12. Body Stall
Begin this trick with a toe stall. Flick the footbag straight up above your head and stall it on your forehead. From here you need to look forward while leaning backwards so that the footbag will roll down and land on your chest. Next, crouch down into a squat position with your thighs pressed together. The footbag should roll down your stomach and land in this crevice that is created with the crouch. Now you have to gain your balance and pop your thighs up staying on your right foot. The left leg should squeeze just over the footbag before you land on that foot to then bring your right leg underneath and stall the footbag in a right footed Clipper stall (this is also known as a crouching butterfly). Finally, it is my personal preference to end by setting the Clipper stall up and back over toward the right leg where you can then circle the footbag from out to in and stall it on your right toe. People will be impressed! This was submitted by Chris M. who won a Stalling Star.
13. The AMP
Start with a Vertical Chicken Scratch (scrape the bottom of your foot towards yourself and across the top of a grunded footbag, forcing it onto your toe which rapidly pops it straight up). Pop it up and duck underneath the footbag, making it go into a back stall. Lean forward and make it stall on the back of your neck. Turn around and pop it up to a fellow kicker.
14. Table Top
Kick the footbag as high as possible. Go into a table with your body. Stallit on your chest. As you are getting up, fire it off your chest with your body and continue kicking.
15. Crest Stall
When the sack goes up, get under it and bend over backwards as far as you can and let the sack hit your chest and it will stop. Then you go back up as fast as you can and it will go right where you need it.
16. Jumping Chest Stall
Hold the sack between your feet. Jump up and let the sack fly into the air. Kick it once with your foot. Lean back and let it settle on your chest. Let it roll down and keep going.
17. Amazing Combo
Start out by stalling the footbag on your right toe. Kick it gently so that it comes a little above your waist. Bend backwards and catch it on your chest (underneath your chin if you have to). Next, thrust your body up so that the footbag goes flying about three feet in front of you. Quickly kick it with the inside of your right foot to pass it to another person or just keep kicking.
18. Bridge Stall
This one is a little touch to get but it look wicked. Start off by kicking the footbag up fairly high to yourself. Let it land on your chest. Now you bend backwards to a back bridge. Pull yourself back up letting the footbag fall and start kicking again.
